Ingredients
All-purpose flour (maida) 1 1/3 cup
Cocoa powder 1/3 cup
Baking powder 1 tsp
Baking soda 1/2 tsp
Yogurt 1 3/4 cup
Refined oil 1/2 cup
Sugar powder 1 cup
Vanilla essence 1 tsp
A pinch of salt
Procedure
Sieve maida Cocoa powder, baking powder, baking soda, and salt together twice
In a bowl mix oil, sugar powder, and vanilla essence
Stir in Maida, cocoa mixture a little at a time
Beat well and fill in the greased muffin molds (only 3/4)
Bake at 175 deg .c for 25 - 30 minutes in a preheated oven.
