This is a sweet and spicy drink prepared with jaggery, ginger, pepper, and cardamom. This panak is mostly prepared on the auspicious day of RAM NAVAMI. Chilled Panak tastes heavenly in hot summer.

Ingredients
4 cups drinking water
8-10 crushed peppercorns
1 tsp cardamom powder
1/2 tsp grated ginger or 1 dry ginger powder
1/2 cup grated jaggery or according to your taste
Juice of one lemon.
Procedure
Mix all the ingredients and serve chilled
If you want you can strain it.
