Grilled Potato Boats





Ingredients

4 Potatoes

2 tsp Oil

1 chopped Onion

2-3 chopped cloves of Garlic

4 Mushrooms

1/2 tsp Soya sauce

1/2 tsp Tomato ketchup

1/2 tsp Chilli flakes

Salt to taste

3 tbsp grated cheese

Corriander leaves ( for garnishing)




Procedure

  • Parboil the potatoes and cut them into halves.

  • Scoop out the potato to make a small cavity. Do not completely scoop out till the peel.

  • Apply salt over the potatoes and keep them aside.

  • Heat oil in a pan and saute the chopped garlic and onions.

  • Then add the chopped mushrooms, soya sauce, ketchup, chilli flakes, and salt to taste.

  • Fry this for 5 mins.

  • Fill in the scooped potatoes with this. Add some grated cheese and bake it at 180 deg for 10-15 mins.

  • Garnish with corriander leaves.

  • Serve hot.
