Ingredients
4 Potatoes
2 tsp Oil
1 chopped Onion
2-3 chopped cloves of Garlic
4 Mushrooms
1/2 tsp Soya sauce
1/2 tsp Tomato ketchup
1/2 tsp Chilli flakes
Salt to taste
3 tbsp grated cheese
Corriander leaves ( for garnishing)
Procedure
Parboil the potatoes and cut them into halves.
Scoop out the potato to make a small cavity. Do not completely scoop out till the peel.
Apply salt over the potatoes and keep them aside.
Heat oil in a pan and saute the chopped garlic and onions.
Then add the chopped mushrooms, soya sauce, ketchup, chilli flakes, and salt to taste.
Fry this for 5 mins.
Fill in the scooped potatoes with this. Add some grated cheese and bake it at 180 deg for 10-15 mins.
Garnish with corriander leaves.
Serve hot.
