Aalu Anardana Kulcha





Ingredients

1 cup wheat flour

1 cup maida

2 tbsp milk

2 tbsp curd

1/4 tsp cooking soda

oil 2 tsp

salt to taste


Mix all these ingredients and make a soft dough and keep covered with a wet cloth for 10 minutes


For the stuffing:

3 medium potatoes

1 chopped onion

2 green chillies

1 tsp powdered anardana (pomegranate seeds)

2 tsp coriander leaves chopped

1/2 tsp red chilli powder

Salt to taste

2 tbsp butter




Procedure


  • Mix all the ingredients of stuffing except butter

  • Divide the dough into 6 portions

  • roll it and keep around 2 tbsp stuffing and cover to form a ball

  • Roll it into a thick roti brush with a little oil and bake at 220 degrees for 6-8 minutes

  • Brush kulchas with butter and serve hot with any gravy.
