
Ingredients
10 nos baby potatoes, boiled (dont overcook the potatoes)
2 tsp oil
4 tsp butter
2 slit green chillies
2 chopped onion
1 tomato chopped
1 tsp ginger garlic paste
2 tblsp cashew nut paste or powder
1/2 tsp turmeric pdr
1 tsp garam masala pdr
1 tsp coriander pdr
2 tsp red chilli pdr
1/4 tsp pepper pdr
Salt to taste
Chopped coriander leaves
Procedure
Peel the potatoes and roast in oil with salt till the outer cover becomes light brown
Remove from pan and keep aside
In the same pan put butter,add slit green chillies, chopped onions and fry till onion becomes transparent
Add ginger-garlic paste and fry for 5 mins
Put the tomato chopped and fry till they become mushy, followed by all the spice powders
Fry for a minute, add little water, boiled n roasted potatoes, salt, cashew powder or paste and make it boil
Adjust the consistency according to your taste
Garnish with chopped coriander leaves and serve hot with roti.
