Ingredients
1 packet noodles
2 carrots cut into juliennes
1 capsicum cut into juliennes
6 tsp oil
8 garlic cloves finely chopped
1 tsp red chilli flakes
2 tsp vinegar
1 tsp soya sauce
Salt to taste
3tblsp finely chopped spring onion greens
Procedure
Cook the noodles as per the instructions on the packet
Heat oil, fry garlic until light brown, add carrot, capsicum juliens, with a little salt on a high flame for 5 mins
Add prepared noodles and all the other ingredients
Toss well, garnish with chopped spring onions
Serve hot.
