Crispy Veg





Ingredients


2 cups veggies like cauliflower, potato, baby corn, carrot, beans

4 tbsp cornflour

3 tbsp maida

3 tsp soya sauce

1/2 tsp pepper powder


Mix these ingredients with water and salt to taste and make a thick paste marinate the cut veggies and deep fry till it becomes crispy


For the tempering:

3 tsp oil

2 chopped green chillis

2 tsp chopped ginger-garlic

1 tsp chilli powder

2 chopped onions

1 tsp soya sauce

1/2 tsp vinegar

1 tsp tomato ketchup

1/4 cup cornflour slurry

salt to taste

corriander leaves

curry leaves



Procedure

  • In a Kadai take oil and saute onion, ginger, garlic and green chillies

  • Add soya sauce, tomato ketchup, vinegar,chilli powder and fry for 2 minutes

  • Add cornflour slurry n cook

  • When the sauce becomes thick add fried veggies and mix well

  • Garnish with corriander leaves n fried curry leaves.
