Dahi Mushrooms





Ingredients

1 pack of mushrooms

2 medium-sized chopped onions

4 tsp oil

1 tsp ginger garlic paste

Salt to taste

Chopped coriander leaves


Marinate mushrooms with:

1/2 cup curds

2 tsp red chilli powder

1/2 tsp turmeric powder

1 tsp kitchen king masala or any garam masala pdr

2 tsp Kasuri methi

1/2 tsp salt




Procedure

  • Wash the mushrooms and cut them into four pieces

  • Marinate with the mentioned ingredients and keep aside for 20 mins

  • In a pan heat oil, saute chopped onions till they turn transparent

  • Add ginger-garlic paste and fry till raw smell goes

  • Now drop in the marinated mushrooms and cook for 5 - 10 mins or till mushrooms are cooked

  • Check for the salt, garnish with chopped coriander leaves and serve with hot phulkas

  • You can add milk or fresh cream to make it tastier.
