Ingredients
1 cup gobi florets washed
3 tsp oil
whole garam masalas like Badi elaichi,Choti elaichi,bay leaf,lavang, each one-piece,1 tsp shahi jeera, small piece of cinnamon
1 tsp ginger garlic paste
2 tsp coriander powder
1 tsp cumin powder
1/2 tsp garam masala
1/2 tsp turmeric powder
2 tsp red chilli powder
2 medium onions chopped, boiled, and ground to a fine paste
1 tomato blanched
6 cashew nuts
2 tsp khova'1/4 cup milk
2 tsp Kasuri methi
Salt to taste
Chopped coriander leaves
Procedure
Put the gobi florets in salt water for 10 minutes
Drain water and make it dry
Add salt and deep fry the florets and keep aside
Grind blanched tomato and nuts
In a Kadai heat oil and add all the whole garam masalas and fry for a min.
put ginger garlic paste and fry
Add onion paste and fry till raw smell goes
Put the tomato nuts paste and saute for 3 mins
add all the spices and fry well
Now put the milk,khova, and little water
Add the fried gobi, salt, Kasuri methi and make it boil for 5 mins
Garnish with chopped coriander leaves.
