Ingredients
1 pack of mushrooms
2 onions finely chopped
5 tsp oil
1/2 tsp turmeric powder
1 tsp garam masala pdr
Salt to taste
2 tsp Kasuri methi
1 tsp lemon juice
For the masala paste:
2 tblsp grated coconut
2-3 green chillies
1/2 inch ginger
1/2 cup coriander leaves
8 cashew nuts
3 garlic cloves
Grind the above ingredients into a fine paste and keep aside
Procedure
Wash and cut the mushrooms into pieces
In a pan heat oil, add chopped onions, and fry till it turns light pink
Add haldi, ground masala,garam masala, and fry till raw smell goes
Add the mushrooms, salt to taste and cook until it is cooked
Add water and adjust the consistency of the gravy according to your choice
Finish with adding chopped coriander leaves, lemon juice, Kasuri methi, and mix well
Serve hot with roti,naan or phulkas.
