Kokum Kadhi





Ingredients



2 cups buttermilk

2 tbsp kokum syrup

Salt to taste

Water as required


TO BE GROUND:

1 green chilli

2 tsp jeera/cumin seeds





Procedure


  • Put the ground paste and kokum syrup into the buttermilk

  • Add salt to taste and water according to your taste

  • Strain it and serve chilled.
