Ingredients
3 boiled eggs
2 chopped onions
1 green chilli
1 chopped tomato
2 tsp + 4 tsp oil or ghee
2 tblsp kaaju badam paste
1/4 cup coconut milk or normal milk
1 tsp coriander powder
1/2 tsp cumin powder
1/4 tsp turmeric powder
1 tsp ginger garlic paste
1/2 tsp Kasuri methi
2 tsp red chilli powder
salt to taste
chopped coriander leaves for garnishing
Procedure
In a pan heat oil or ghee and saute onion, green chilli and tomatoes for 10 minutes and make a paste with soaked Kaju badam
Heat remaining ghee or oil in a pan and put masala
Add ginger-garlic paste and fry
Put all the spices and fry for 2 minutes
add coconut milk,1/2 cup water, salt to taste and boiled eggs
Make it boil and garnish with chopped coriander leaves and grated boiled egg
Serve with roti or naan.
