Ingredients
2 chicken breast pieces(boneless)
Oil for cooking
To be ground to paste:
1/2 cup coriander leaves
4-5 mint leaves
3-4 green chillies
6 garlic cloves
1/2 inch ginger
1 tsp cumin pdr
1 tsp coriander pdr
1 tsp chat masala
Grind the above ingredients into a fine paste.
For the marination:
Green masala paste
1 tsp lemon juice
3 tblsp hung curd
3 tsp fresh cream/ malai
Salt to taste
Procedure
Wash and clean the chicken, cut into small cubes
Marinate with the ingredients and keep in the fridge for 1 hour
Heat tava, apply oil, and roast the marinated chicken pieces in a low medium flame, adding oil
Cook with a lid covered, once it is cooked flip the pieces and cook the oter side till done
Serve hot with any dip or shezuan sauce.
