Ingredients
10 mushrooms, washed cut into slices
2 sliced onions
2 sprigs of curry leaves
4 tsp oil
3 green chillies
1/2 tsp turmeric powder
1/2 tsp red chilli powder
1 tsp garam masala
1 tsp coriander powder
3 tblsp grated fresh coconut
1/2 cup finely chopped coriander leaves
Salt to taste
1 tsp lemon juice
Procedure
Heat oil in a pan, add curry leaves, onion slices and saute till it becomes transparent
Add green chillies and fry for a second
Put the mushrooms, salt and cook with a lid covered
When the mushrooms are almost done add all the spice powders and mix well
Mix coconut gratings and chopped coriander leaves and add them to the mushrooms and toss well
Add the lime juice, mix well and serve hot with roti or rice.
