Ingredients
For the koftas:
100 gms paneer
3 tsp cornflour
Salt to taste
1/4 tsp pepper powder
Mix the above ingredients and make lemon size balls and deep fry into crisp koftas and keep aside
For the gravy:
4 tsp oil
2 chopped onions
1 tomato chopped
2 tsp cashew nuts
1 tsp jeera
3 garlic cloves
1/2 inch ginger piece
2 tsp chilli powder
1/2 tsp khus khus(poppy seeds)
1/4 cup curd
1 tsp Kasuri methi
Salt to taste
1/4 garam masala
Chopped coriander leaves
Procedure
In a cooker put chopped tomato, onion, ginger garlic,khus khus, nuts, jeera, chilli powder, curd and 1/4 cup water and take one whistle
When it becomes cool grind it to a fine paste
Put oil in a pan and add the ground paste and fry well
Add little water, salt to taste, Kasuri methi and garam masala and cook for 5 minutes
Put the koftas in the gravy while serving, garnished with coriander leaves
