Ingredients
3 tbsp ghee
1/2 cup thick poha(beaten rice)
3 cups milk
1 cup jaggery
1 tsp cardamom powder
Nuts for garnishing
Procedure
In a Kadai take ghee and roast poha till a nice aroma comes
add milk and cook till poha becomes soft
Add jaggery and boil till it dissolves
Garnish with cardamom powder and nuts roasted in ghee
Serve hot.
