This is a very simple and delicious dish for breakfast or for your kid's tiffin box. If you have overripe bananas then you can prepare this. Tastes awesome with a blob of butter



Ingredients
2 overripe bananas
1/2 cup curds/yoghurt
3 green chillies
1/2 inch ginger
Salt to taste
4-5 tsp sugar
Few chopped curry leaves
2 cups wheat flour/ gehun ka atta
Oil or ghee for cooking chapathi
Procedure
Crush ginger and green chillies with sugar and salt in a mortar pestle.
Put curds in a broad bowl, add mashed bananas, chopped curry leaves and crushed chilli, ginger mixture to it.
Mix well and add the wheat flour and little water to knead it into a soft dough.
Divide it into portions and make balls. Roll the balls, apply little ghee or oil and food into a triangle.
Dust with the flour and roll again into a thin chapati.
Heat dosa pan and roast chapati on a medium flame, adding oil or ghee.
Once it is roasted on both sides, serve hot with butter.
