Bhindi Kurkure

Ingredients

10 lady's fingers/ okra / bhindis

2 tsp oil

2 tsp besan/chickpea flour

2 tblsp cornflour

2 tblsp rice flour

1.5 tsp red chilli powder

1/2 tsp jeera powder

Salt to taste




Procedure

  • Wash bhindis and wipe with a towel. Trim the ends and cut into four pieces (lengthwise)

  • Add salt and chilli powder and keep aside for 10 mins

  • After 10 mins add the remaining ingredients, mix well

  • Spread bhindis on a micro safe plate and micro it for 4-5 mins

  • Check 2-3 times in between, cook till they turn crispy

  • Serve hot with rice and dal.
