
Ingredients
Jeev kadgi cut into thin slices (20 slices
Put the slices in water (otherwise, it will become brown)
1 cup Bengal gram flour(besan)
1/4 tsp assafoetida powder(hing)
1 tsp chilli powder
2 tsp rice flour
A pinch of cooking soda
Salt to taste
Oil for frying
Procedure
Make a thick batter using ingredients no 2 to 7 using water
Dip the kadgi slices in the batter and deep fry till crispy
Serve hot with hot coffee.
