Ingredients
Breadfruit/Jeegujje/Jeevkadgi/Deevi halasu
Oil for deep frying
For the marination:
3 tbsp rice flour
2 tbsp cornflour
2 tsp ginger garlic paste
2-3 tsp red chilli paste
Salt to taste
Few curry leaves
Procedure
Deskin the breadfruit and cut it into thin slices. Wash the breadfruit slices.
In a bowl mix rice flour, cornflour, salt, red chilli powder, and ginger garlic paste.
Adding water make a semi-thick paste. Add in the breadfruit slices and mix well, so that all the slices are coated well with the masala paste.
Heat oil and deep fry all the slices in hot oil, on a medium flame.
Remove the fried kabab on absorbent paper.
Serve hot with rice and dal. You can also have this with hot coffee or tea.
