Ingredients
2 cups paneer/ cottage cheese cubes
1 tbsp oil
5 chopped garlic cloves
1/2 tbsp green chilli paste or chopped
1/2 cup finely chopped tomatoes
1 tsp chilli pdr
1 1/2 tsp coriander / daniya pdr
1 tsp pav bhaji masala
1/2 tsp Kasuri methi / dry fenugreek leaves
1/2 tbsp lemon juice
Salt to taste
chopped coriander leaves for garnishing
Procedure
Heat oil in a non-stick Kadai and saute paneer cubes with little salt till light brown colour
Transfer it to a bowl
In the same Kadai put chopped garlic and fry till light brown in colour
Add green chilli paste and saute on a medium flame for a few seconds
Add tomatoes and fry till it becomes mushy
Add chilli powder, coriander powder, pav bhaji masala, Kasuri methi, salt, mix well and cook on a medium flame for 2 mins. stirring once in between.
Add the paneer cubes, mix well and cook for another 2-3 mins
Add lemon juice and mix
Serve hot garnished with chopped coriander leaves.
