Ingredients
1/2 kg chicken pieces with or without bone
5 tsp oil
For the marination:
2 tsp ginger garlic paste
2 tsp chilli powder
1 tsp coriander powder
1/2 tsp pepper powder
1/2 tsp turmeric powder
1/4 cup chopped coriander leaves
2 sprigs of chopped curry leaves
1 tsp vinegar
2 slit green chillies
Salt to taste
Procedure
Clean the chicken pieces and marinate with the above ingredients
Keep for 30 mins
In a pan heat oil and put the marinated chicken,1/4 cup water and cook with a lid covered till it is cooked
Serve hot with any rice or roti.
