Cluster Beans Stir Fry

Ingredients


250 gms cluster beans/ gorikayi/ gwar ki phalli / mitke saang

3 tsp oil

1 tsp mustard

3 red chilli bits

3 tbsp grated fresh coconut

Salt to taste

Jaggery to taste



Procedure

  • Trim the ends of cluster beans and cut into 1-inch pieces, wash it

  • in a cooker take oil, add mustard, once it pops put red chilli bits and fry for a second

  • Now add the beans, salt, jaggery, and 1/4 cup water

  • Close the lid and cook for 2 whistles

  • Once the steam is released open the lid, add grated coconut and mix well

  • Serve hot with rice and dal
