Ingredients
1 cup dosa rice
3/4 cup grated coconut
1/2 cup grated cucumber
Pinch of salt
Jaggery to taste
Oil for cooking dosa
Procedure
Soak rice in water for 4-5 hrs
wash the rice and grind with coconut, salt, and jaggery to a little coarse paste
Add the grated cucumber and water if needed
Keep the dosa batter consistency as of any other batter
Heat Tava and pour one ladle of batter and make dosa
Put some oil and cook both the sides
Serve hot with ghee or butter
