Ingredients
1 cup Grated Coconut
1 tsp Salt
8-10 Jackfruit pieces
3/4 cup Jaggery
1/2 cup Idli Rava
Badam leaves or banana leaves
Procedure
Grind the grated coconut, jack fruit, and jaggery with salt to a fine paste.
Add idli rava to this paste.
Put 3-4 tbsp of this mixture on a badam leaf (longitudinal) and fold the leaf to make an envelope.
Steam these for 15 mins.
Serve with Butter or Ghee.
