Jackfruit Patholi





Ingredients

1 cup Grated Coconut

1 tsp Salt

8-10 Jackfruit pieces

3/4 cup Jaggery

1/2 cup Idli Rava

Badam leaves or banana leaves


Procedure


  • Grind the grated coconut, jack fruit, and jaggery with salt to a fine paste.

  • Add idli rava to this paste.

  • Put 3-4 tbsp of this mixture on a badam leaf (longitudinal) and fold the leaf to make an envelope.

  • Steam these for 15 mins.

  • Serve with Butter or Ghee.
