Ingredients
1 cup Gobi florets washed (put in saltwater for 10 mins before using)
2 green chillies chopped 1 sprig of curry leaf
1/2 tsp asafoetida pdr(hing)
1 tsp cumin seeds (jeera)
1/2 tsp turmeric powder (haldi)
1/4 tsp red chilli powder
chopped coriander leaves
1 tsp lime juice
1 tsp oil
salt to taste
Procedure
In an MW safe bowl put the gobi florets with Lil water and micro it for 5-6 mins
In a Kadai take oil and put all the tempering ingredients one by one and add the boiled gobi, salt to taste and saute for 5 mins
Garnish with chopped coriander leaves and a dash of lime juice
