Ingredients
2 medium-sized potatoes
5 tsp oil
10 finely chopped garlic flakes
1/2 tsp red chilli flakes
1/2 tsp pepper powder
1 -2 tsp red chilli powder (according to your taste)
Salt to taste
1 tsp lime juice
1 tsp butter
Procedure
Wash the potatoes well and cut into wedges(you can parboil the potatoes)
In a non-stick pan heat oil fry the garlic chopped and put the potatoes (without water)
Add salt and cook till it becomes brown and crisp
Add the spices, lime juice, and garnish with the butter and serve hot.
