Masala Neer Dosa

Ingredients


2 dosa rice

1cup grated coconut

salt to taste

1 chopped onion

2 tbsp soaked chana dal

2 chopped green chilies

curry leaves finely chopped

coriander leaves finely chopped

Oil for making dosa



Procedure

  • Soak rice for 5 hours in the water

  • Wash the rice and grind with coconut into a fine paste

  • Add water, salt, and all other ingredients

  • Batter consistency is very thin like any other neer dosa

  • Heat Tava and pour one ladle full batter, add 1 tsp oil and cook on a medium flame

  • Serve hot with any chutney


Note: Cook dosa only one side.No fermentation is needed
