Mexican Cheese Corn







Ingredients

1 cup Sweet corn kernels

1 tbsp butter or olive oil

2 tbsp Mayonnaise

2 tbsp grated cheese

Salt to taste

Crushed pepper as per taste

1/2 tsp red chilli flakes




Procedure

  • In a skillet put butter/olive oil and corn kernels. add salt and saute for 5 minutes. Turn off the flame.

  • Transfer the corn into a serving bowl, add salt, mayo, grated cheese, and mix well.

  • Add crushed pepper and red chilli flakes and serve hot.
