Ingredients
1 cup moong sprouts/ Bean sprouts
1/4 cup finely chopped cucumber
1/4 cup boiled raw peanuts
1/4 cup pomegranate pearls
6 palak/ spinach leaves finely chopped
1 slit green Chilli
1 tsp lemon juice
Salt to taste
Finely chopped coriander leaves
Procedure
In a bowl put all the ingredients and give a nice mix.
Serve as it is or chilled.
