Ingredients
1 cup washed, tightly packed coriander leaves
2 green chillies
4 garlic cloves
1 tsp jeera/ cumin seeds
1 tsp chaat masala powder
1 tsp lemon juice or amchur powder
2 tbsp roasted daliya / putani/ Kadle Pappu
2 tbsp mota or thin sev
Salt to taste
Procedure
Put all the ingredients in a blender
Blend it into a smooth paste adding little water
Store in the fridge.
Use this chutney for a sandwich, parathas, any chaat items, samosa or cutlets
Just mix little chutney with some fresh thick curds and make curd dip and enjoy with nachos.
