Ingredients
1 packet mushrooms
2 tsp butter
Salt to taste
Chopped coriander leaves
2 tbsp fresh cream or milk powder
For the masala paste:
4 tsp oil
1 tsp cumin seeds/jeera
1 tsp ginger garlic paste
2 finely chopped onions
1 chopped tomato
1 tsp daniya pdr/coriander
1 tsp cumin pdr/jeera
1/2 tsp turmeric pdr
1 tsp kitchen king masala
1 tsp Kasuri methi
2 tsp red chilli powder
Heat oil in a pan, saute all the ingredients one by one. Let it cool and blend into a smooth paste.
Procedure
Wash and chop the mushrooms
In a Kadai heat butter and put the masala and saute for 3 mins, add the chopped mushrooms, salt and cook with a covered lid
Add fresh cream, chopped coriander leaves and give a stir
Serve with roti or rice.
