Ingredients
2 boiled eggs
2 boiled potatoes
3 tsp cornflour
1/4 tsp garam masala
1/2 tsp chilli powder
Salt to taste
Bread crumbs
Oil for deep frying
Procedure
Mash the potatoes and mix with salt,garam masala,chilli powder, cornflour
Remove the shell of boiled eggs apply little salt over it and keep aside
Divide the potato mixture into 2 portions, flatten it a little, and keep the boiled egg.
Cover the whole egg with the potato mixture evenly.
Roll it in bread crumbs and press tightly
Deep fry on a medium flame into brown and crisp.
Serve hot with ketchup.
