Ingredients
2 tbsp Oil
2-3 cloves of chopped Garlic
1 sprig of Curry leaves
1 green chili
1 chopped Onion (big)
1/4 tsp Turmeric powder
1/2 tsp Red chilli powder
1/2 tsp Cumin powder
Sale to taste
12 Prawns
For the green paste
Handful Corriander leaves
12-15 Mint leaves
1/2 inch Ginger
6-7 cloves of Garlic
1/2 tsp Cumin Seeds
4-5 Corriander seeds
Pinch of turmeric
1 boiled Tomato
Procedure

Marinate the prawns in turmeric powder, red chilli powder and salt. Keep it aside for 20-30 mins
Add all the ingredients mentioned for the green paste except the tomato and grind it with some water to make the green paste.
Once done, add the boiled tomato and grind again to form a smooth paste.
In a pan, heat 2 tbsp oil. Add the chopped garlic and slit green chilli.
After 5 mins, add the curry leaves. Once they splatter, add the chopped onion.
When the onion turns golden brown, ad the green paste and cook for 5 mins.
Add red chilli powder, turmeric powder, cumin powder and lemon juice.
Add the marinated prawns and salt to taste.
Pour around 1/4 cup of water and let the prawns cook. Make sure you don't overcook the prawns.
Finish it off by adding some chopped corriander leaves.
Serve it with Ghee rice or Roti.
