Ingredients
1Cup boiled sprout moong /green gram
1/4 cup chopped onion
4 tsp oil
1/2 tsp turmeric pdr
1 tsp mustard
curry leaves
Salt to taste
1 tsp lime juice
For the masala:
1/2 cup chopped coriander leaves
2-3 green chillies
5 garlic cloves
Fry the above ingredients in 1 tsp oil and grind to a paste.
Procedure
In a pan heat oil and put mustard, when it starts crackling,add turmeric, and onion chopped and curry leaves
Saute onions till it turns to light pink colour
Add the masala, boiled moong sprouts, salt and little water
Cook for 5-10 mins
Finally, add lime juice and serve hot with hot phulkas.
