Storing Green Peas

Ingredients

Fresh green peas



Procedure

  • In a broad vessel keep enough water for boiling, add the fresh green peas once the water starts boiling

  • Cook for 2-3 mins, drain the water

  • Put the green peas in cold water with ice cubes

  • After 10 mins or once it becomes cool drain all the water

  • Store in a ziplock bag and keep in the freezer.
