Ingredients
3/4 cup roasted white til / sesame seeds
2 tblsp roasted peanuts
1/2 cup jaggery
1.5 tsp ghee
Procedure
Heat a pan and roast the sesame seeds on a low flame until it becomes light brown and crisp, remove and keep aside
Dry roast peanuts, deskin it, and crush it little
Heat ghee in the same pan, add jaggery, and cook on a medium flame for 3 mins stirring continuously
Boil well till it starts frothing. Drop a spoon of syrup in a bowl of water .it should form a pellet
Switch off the gas, add roasted til, peanuts, mix well
Put the mixture over the back of a greased thali or smooth stone surface
Roll it out thinly using rolling pin/ belan
Make cuts using a sharp knife, allow it to cool
Once cooled, store in an airtight container.
