Ingredients
1 cup rice cooked in cooker(you can use leftover rice)
4 tsp oil
3 chopped green chillies
1 sprig of curry leaf
1 tsp mustard
2 tsp urad dal
2 tblsp peanuts
1/2 tsp turmeric pdr
1/2 cup finely chopped carrot and capsicum
Salt and lime juice to taste(You can also use grated raw mango)
Chopped coriander leaves
Procedure
Take oil in a pan add mustard, curry leaves, green chilies, and fry
Add urad dal, peanuts, and fry till brown
Put turmeric pdr, chopped carrot, capsicum, salt, and cook with a lid covered
when it is cooked add cooked rice, lime juice and toss well
Garnish with chopped coriander leaves and serve with raita or pickle!!
