
Ingredients
2 potatoes
2 carrots
6-8 tsp oil
1 tsp mustard
3 red chillies
Salt to taste
Procedure
Peel potatoes and carrots
Cut them into thin square pieces and wash well
Apply salt and keep for 20 mins
Heat oil in a non-stick pan, add mustard
When it starts crackling add broken red chillies and fry for a minute
Drain water from the potato and carrots and put in the pan and mix well, cover with a lid and cook till it is cooked
Serve hot with rice and dal
You can prepare this using the only potato also
