Eggless Chocolate Mug Cake





Ingredients

3 tbsp all-purpose flour/maida

3 tbsp sugar

1/4 tsp baking powder or cooking soda

2 tbsp cocoa powder

3 tbsp melted butter (I used refined oil)

3 tbsp milk

3 tsp choco chips

1/4 tsp vanilla essence




Procedure

  • Take one microwave-safe mug, put maida, sugar, baking powder, cocoa powder

  • Now add the wet ingredients, milk, melted butter, choco chips, vanilla essence

  • With the help of a fork mix well

  • Micro it for one minute 20 seconds on a high heat

  • Remove the mug, insert one knife and check if it is baked. If the knife comes out clean it is ready to eat

  • If not then again micro it for 20 to 30 seconds

  • Enjoy the cake with vanilla ice cream and chocolate sauce
