Flax Seeds Laddu / Alsi ke Laddu

Very healthy and tasty laddoos. If you don't like the idea of eating raw flax seeds then experiment a bit with your culinary skills and convert them into laddoos. Flax seeds are packed with numerous health benefits. Including flax seeds in your diet during winters will keep your body warm and cozy.







Ingredients

1/4 cup flax seeds/Alsi

1/4 cup sesame seeds/ White til

1/4 cup jaggery powder

5-6 dates / khajoor (deseeded)

8-10 almonds

8-10 cashew nuts

1 tsp cardamom/elaichi powder

2 -3 tsp ghee



Procedure

  • Dry roast flax seeds, sesame seeds, chopped almonds, and chopped cashew nuts, separately.

  • Blend sesame and flax seeds separately and make fine powder

  • Finely chop the deseeded dates, blend with jaggery powder.

  • Put all the ingredients in a bowl, add cardamom powder, chopped nuts, and ghee.

  • Combine all the ingredients well and make laddus.
