Ingredients
4 ladyfish, cleaned n cut into pieces
Salt to taste
for the masala:
1 cup grated coconut
little tamarind
4-5 red chillies roasted in little oil
Grind these ingredients into a fine paste and keep aside
For the tempering:
2 finely chopped onions
6 tsp oil
Procedure
Put the cleaned fish pieces, masala paste, salt in a broad vessel, add water, and adjust the consistency
Make it boil till the fish is cooked, takes around 15 mins
In a pan take oil and fry the chopped onions till dark brown and add this tempering to the prepared curry
Serve hot with hot rice.
