Mango Chia seeds pudding

Mango chia seeds pudding is a delicious and healthy dessert or snack, rich in fiber and omega-3 fatty acids from chia seeds, and a good source of vitamins A and C from mangoes. You can use low-fat milk or coconut milk.









INGREDIENTS:

1 ripe mango

1/2 cup chia seeds

1 cup milk (dairy or non-dairy)

1 tbsp honey or sweetener (optional)

Pinch of salt

Fresh mango pieces and nuts for garnishing


PROCEDURE:

  • Mix chia seeds, honey, milk, and salt in a bowl. Refrigerate for 2 to 3 hours or overnight.

  • Serve in a glass jar or bowl and enjoy!
