Ingredients
1/4 cup rolled oats
1/2 cup milk or curd
2- 3 tsp chia seeds/ sabja seeds
4 tsp honey
1 cup chopped fruits of your choice ( I used banana, apple, grapes, and mango)
3 tblsp chopped nuts like almonds, cashew nuts, and raisins
Procedure
Take one glass jar or glass, put the oats, curds, or milk
Add honey,sabja seeds, and chopped fruits and nuts
Close it with a lid and refrigerate overnight
Just get them out of the fridge the next morning and enjoy
