This is one of the traditional Konkani recipes. Spicy and tangy onion gojju is a very good combination with kanji. Very simple and easy to make a dish with minimum ingredients.
Ingredients
2 finely chopped onions
2 roasted and crushed red chillies
2 tsp tamarind pulp
Salt to taste
2 tsp coconut oil
Procedure
Mix all the ingredients and serve with Ganji/ Kongee.
