Ingredients
1 cup Poddale/ snake gourd / Paduval Kayi
Oil for deep frying
1/4 cup rice flour mixed with 3 tsp fine Rava
For the marination:
2 tbsp rice flour
1 tbsp red chilli powder
Make a paste of rice flour, Hing, salt, and chilli powder with little water and keep aside.
Procedure
Wash and cut the Poddale into 1/4 inch roundels or semi-circles
Marinate with the paste as per your taste and keep for 10 mins
Roll each Pieces in rice flour and Rava mixture and deep fry into crisp fritters
Serve hot with rice and dal.
