Prawns Rava Fry



Ingredients

10 nos cleaned, deveined prawns

Oil for deep frying

Fine Rava 1/4 cup


For marination:

3 tbsp cornflour

2 tbsp rice flour

1/2 tsp soya sauce

2 tsp chilli powder

1 tsp ginger garlic paste

salt to taste



Procedure

  • Marinate the prawns with the above ingredients and water as required

  • Refrigerate for 1/2 an hour

  • Roll the prawns in Rava and deep fry
