Tomato Garlic Rasam

Ingredients


2 tomatoes

2 -3 tsp rasam powder

Salt to taste

Chopped coriander leaves


For the tempering:

4 tsp oil/ ghee

7-8 crushed garlic cloves




Procedure

  • Wash tomatoes and chop finely

  • Cook the tomatoes in cooker for 2 whistles with 3 cups water

  • Transfer it to a vessel, add salt, rasam powder, and boil it

  • Drop in the chopped coriander leaves

  • Temper with the mentioned ingredients

  • Serve hot with hor rice and papad.
