Ingredients
1 cup wheat flour
1/2 cup rice flour
3 cups water (approximately)
Salt to taste
For tempering:
1 tsp oil
1/2 tsp mustard
1 tsp cumin seeds
1 chopped green chilli
1/2 chopped onion
2 tsp chopped coriander leaves
Procedure
In a bowl mix flour, salt, and water
Make a tempering with the ingredients (except onion and coriander leaves)
Add the tempering to the batter
Batter consistency should be like neer dosa or Rava dosa batter (watery)
Heat Tava, take a ladle of batter and pour it from outside the Tava and fill all the gaps to form a dosa
Add 2 tsp oil and roast it on a medium flame till it becomes crisp
Serve hot with any chutney
Note: You can't spread this dosa.You have to pour the batter as it is watery
