Ingredients
125 gms white chocolate (melted)
A pinch of Kesar threads
1/2 cup desiccated coconut or biscuit powder
3-4 tbsp chopped pistachios
1/2 tsp cardamom powder
1 1/2 tbsp condensed milk
Some chopped cranberries
Procedure
Take a mixing bowl, add 125 gm white chocolate (melted)
Add a pinch of Kesar threads in warm white chocolate and mix it well
Take silicon moulds and brush some chocolate in each cavity covering only the base and sides of it.
Keep it in the freezer for 5 minutes to set.
Further to make filling take a mixing bowl, add 1/2 cup desiccated coconut/biscuit powder, add pista, cardamom powder.
Add condensed milk, for binding and sweetness.
Add some chopped dry cranberries and mix well
Then take the mould out of the refrigerator and add pista coconut stuffing in each chocolate cup.
Cover the stuffing with some remaining melted white chocolate.
Again keep it in the freezer for 10-15 mins to set the chocolate.
Further, remove the cups from the refrigerator and demould all the chocolates and serve.
